Plug in theme does not work after it has been saved

I loaded the amazon categories and used the theme to format the store. Once it is saved and there is no way I can view the revised theme of my categories. If I try to click, i get the prompt stay on leave or leave the page. I viewed the video several times…No luck. Can anyway suggest if they have any success.
