• Hey guys,

today i installed your plugin, but unfortunately it seems to has a few issues.

    Step one: Sign-up

It did not recognize my e-mail address. just showed a x. Signed up on your website

    Step two: API-Key

Copied the API-Key from my Account on your website and pasted into the required field. It says: Your API-Key isn′t valid

Weird point: Once i waited about 20min and left the tab open, suddenly a green hook appears and says, all good. But as soon as i click on save changes it turns back to the red x and says: your API-Key isn′t valid.

Any solutions except asking for access to my wordpress site?

    Thanks

    Chris

    Hi,

Please check if you have a security plugin which can blocks external HTTP requests and/or ask to your hosting provider if they are some HTTP restrictions on your server

    Hi,

First, thanks for your quick respond. That′s great

I don′t have any security plug-ins and upon request, there are no HTTP restrictions on our server.

It isn′t possible to activate the plugin through your website?

    Thanks

Side note to @wp_media I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
