Plug in problems and quesitons

Hello I have been having trouble with the multivendor marketplace for some time now with no real solution given. Looking on the forum there are a lot of things that do not seem to be clear about the plug in.

1) I recieved a link for about instructions on how to install something that will require custom develpoement for payment.(https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-marketplace-custom-payment-gateway-developers-guide/) But the link didnt specify where or how to put it in the WCFM plug-in, or what line of code from the third party software I needed.

2) I trying to use the WC Checkout option for customers can use to pay for memberships because the stripe and paypal options do not look well but it is not working. Also, for some reason my membership does not seem to be added to the products.

3)Payment for products(commission) are not being divided at all with the payment options available.

4) Customers service takes too long to get a hold home and cannot remain consistent with communication to get the issue resolved

Can someone please help
