plug in not working: No option to choose Dropbox

    Hi,

    I followed the steps to get the plugin work, however, when i try to test the apps, the Dropbox option is not showing. Pls advise.

    Hi @lifeisgood134,

    I’m sorry to hear you can’t see the Choose from Dropbox button.

    Please make sure you’re running on the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Dropbox plugin. You can verify this by logging into WordPress and then go to WooCommerce -> System Status or go to Dashboard -> Updates.

    After that, please make sure you followed every step on the installation instructions page and specifically step 13 where you need to paste the API key in the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Integrations tab.

    Also, please try to create a new product where you should check the ‘downloadable’ checkbox. The ‘Choose from Dropbox’ button should be shown below Downloadable Proucts table.

    Hi Vadiem,

    I did all the things you mentioned, but it didn’t work. Not sure if this plugin is compatible with the current wordpress.

    Hi @lifeisgood134,

    I just tried the plugin with the latest versions of WordPress (4.7) and WooCommerce (2.6.9) and everything works as expected.

    Is it possible other plugins are interfering? Could you please try disabling all the plugins (except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Dropbox) and see if this resolves the issue? And maybe change to a default WordPress theme (twentysixteen preferably).
