Plug in Not playing my song

The audio igniter has been working fine on my page until recently. On my first home page, right under my introduction, i have a short code from the plug in for a 20 second sample of my song. However, it is now not working. I have tried deactivating and reinstalling igniter and it still does not work. The strange thing is that I am using the same plug in on my “music page” and on this page, all of the songs play just fine. Please help me with how I can fix this problem. I really want to keep this plug in because it matches my website.
