[Plug-In : NextGEN Gallery] JQUERY noconflict

  • Hello!

    I’m using NG with the lightview script (not the lightview plus plug-in, which wouldn’t work, but the script installed separately) to open my images with a lightbox effect; but it doesn’t work on IE8 because of the jquery / prototype.js conflict.

    First, has anyone else had that problem? How did you fix it?

    Second, I was told by the Lightview guy, Nick Stakenburg, to advise Alex to include the JQuery noconflict in his next script so that this problem wouldn’t arise again.

    Mmmm… just looked on the NG Gallery changelog, and it looks like the jquery noconflict was installed a while back. Sorry about that. My problem must come from something else!
