plug in menu suddenly hidden to all users

Have you recently moved this site/database? Did you make any recent database restores? Which tables did you restore?

I can see you have User Role Editor plugin installed on your site – is it possible that the current user role does not have access to any Smart Slider 3 permissions? havent moved it. as the current admin/creator, i gave myself all the posible things but still not seeing any changes. smartslider doesnt show up in filter

If our plugin is gone and it was accessable before, then something might have been changed on your localhost server. To make sure all files are there, please go to your Plugins list, delete your Smart Slider 3 (don’t worry, your sliders will stay) and install our slider again, but by uploading the files:

If this still won’t help, try to deactivate your other plugins, because one of them could be the reason you aren’t seeing all your menupoints, like start by deactivating User Role Editor to make sure that doesn’t block your user role wrongly.
