    Hello,

    I installed this plug-in on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. I did NOT add the plug-in to a webpage. On Wednesday, April 6, 2016 I was unable to log-in to our website.

    The website seems to be functioning properly however, this plug-in is interfering with the log-in process. The following error messages appear on Google Chrome (primary browser), FireFox and Internet Explorer:

    @iugroup,

    We will release an update soon which will resolve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience faced meanwhile. Please remove the plugin using ftp. And wait for the update to install it. This will resolve all of the errors. Thank you.

    @iugroup,

    The update is already released. Please download and install it to resolve the issues.

    I am getting this same error after migrating my site to a new host. The calendar was working fine up until that point. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin and it’s still happening. I can’t login to my admin section unless I go through the cpanel.

    If I turn off this plugin the site works fine. I don’t want to invest in the pro version if I can’t get the free version fixed.

    @kt65,

    Please using ftp get to your wp-plugins folder and remove Slider WD, then add it again. This is an already fixed issue and not present with the latest version of the plugin. Thank you.

    Shall do, thank you – should I use a new version of Slider WD? Or literally take it out and then put the same one back in?

    @kt65,

    Please use the latest version, since the version you owned had a bug causing the issue. Thanks.

    I believe our IT manager removed the plug-in via FTP a few months ago. However, the pages that were created with the original installation were not removed. So I had to redirect them to an event page I created. It was time consuming but it had to be done.

    Due to the experience I had with the old version I was wary of trying it again. I’ll definitely look at it again in the future but as of now, I am staying clear of it.

    Anyway, it looks like the question is this post is answered so I will mark it as resolved.
