Plug-in installation problem

I am trying to activate a plugin through wordpress i have cpanel i think put the right ftp details, like the username and pass they sended me and for the host server my site with ftp at the front.To clarify i dont know much about FTP so i just logged into cpanel and they have already created an ftp account with the details i dont know if this is enough from the back-end side, but i get 6 errors when trying to activate like this one “All in One WP Migration is not able to create /home/chrislia/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage”. What should i do please help.
