Plug-in for users to add to a list

I’m looking for a plug-in that will allow a ‘contributor’ or ‘author’ to add details to a list with their username next to the entry.

A few of us are planning a round the world trip and when one of the group think of something we must take they can add it with their name being added to entry.

I’ve had a look through the board and nothing suitable.

Any suggestions?
