Plug in for top menu with highlights

Hi, I need help to know what is the plug-in used on this web site “canon.it” on top menu on the right. When you go over the link “prodotti” you see a sub-menu with images and text. I must use this on other my web site, but I don’t know if there is a wordpress plugin for this. Thanks for your help. Best Regards. Max.
