plug in for setting up links to hi res photo download

Hi,

I need to make a simple photo display page that allows for the download of a hi res version of the photo. The hi res version will live in a folder on my host server.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to which plugin will handle this?

I’ve been reading everything I can find and while this question has come up before, the answer never seems to be posted.
