Plug in for a simple checkbox for our terms and conditions please!!

    I’m really struggling to find a simple plugin that simply allows me to direct customers to a webpage that has our standard terms and conditions (rather than email them) and just have a simple check box that says the user has accepted our terms and conditions…

    Please help meee!
