• Unfortunately this plugin doesn’t work for some countries. I’ve got several failed checkout from countries like Australia, South Africa, South Korea.
    There is no logs that you can check to find what was the issue related.
    Still some work to do for the developer before it can be used to take successful payments worldwide with WooCommerce.

    As a payment gateway SumUp does not have any card restrictions. Should there be any failed transaction in most of the cases is the acquirer who declined the payment, due to lack of funds, etc.

    However, without any detail or transaction IDs we cannot check in our system to determine what the issue was.

    Thus, please reach back to us via [email protected] providing the email linked to the SumUp account affected and the transaction IDs of the failed transactions so that we can investigate.
