Plug in error – incompatibility with mobile and ipad check out

Hi there,
I have a terrible issue with our checking out system where the mobile and tablet version cannot be used at all.
The page seems to not be able to resize for mobile and tablet versions which means the data capture form is impossible to fill out.
help!
