Plug in error

I have two sites on two different servers and both are unable to use this plugin. I did recently have a firewall installed. Can you tell me why I’m unable to use your plugin. I keep seeing client_id error on one site. After I activate the plugin, I navigate to the settings page in WooCommerce. I click connect to square and nothing happens.
