    The plug-in is enabled and configured correctly but does not work.
    Is there anything else left to configure? What should I do?

    Could you please give me a bit more details about this?
    Do you mean it does not work in preview mode?
    Also after activating the Countdown and Coming Soon page did you check your website using an incognito window?
