Plug in doesn’t work – no support provided

Plug in doesn’t work correctly at all and support is non-existent. I have been waiting close to two weeks, for an answer to an ongoing issue, and some brainiac from the company just closed the ticket. Don’t waste your time using this plug in because it doesn’t work, their suggested fixes don’t work, and they don’t respond to support tickets in any sort of timely manner.
