Plug-in does not do what it says, the creator will not refund my money

    Hi, before purchasing a plug-in I checked with the vendor my expectations of what it will do and they confirmed. However, we have tried to get it to work but it doesn’t.

    I’ve asked several times for a refund but they refuse.

    Is there any particular guidance or advice on how to solve this problem?

    We don’t sell anything here at www.remarpro.com, and we only have control over what happens here at www.remarpro.com.

    If they’re not refunding your money, I suppose you could file a chargeback with your payment provider.
