    Hi,

It turned out that your plugin creates a conflict with a, Elementor My Account Widget for Woocommerce in such a way that the widget is not visible on the front end. Can you please assist in solving it? We have investigated that with Elementor team by turning off all the plugins and turnning them on one by one and your plugin has been at fault.

I’ve been using your plugin for almost 2 year now and I was very happy with it but that is problematic for me.

    Thank you, Weronika

I will also add that the same happens when I use a shortcode
    [woocommerce_my_account].

    Hi Weronika,

Thanks for reaching out to us last night.

We tried to reproduce the issue on our end without success.

Everything works well there when we create WooCommerce “My Account Page” using the Elementor widget and [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode.

    We’re using:

    1. Password Protect WordPress (PPWP) Lite version 1.8.4.
    2. Password Protect WordPress (PPWP) Pro version 1.4.0 (optional).
    3. Elementor Lite version 3.7.4.
    4. Elementor Pro version 3.6.0.

So at first glance, our plugin isn’t the root cause of the issue on your end.

Anyway, we’re more than happy to help you figure out what’s wrong and get it resolved.

Could you please drop us an email at hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com with the following information so that our team can support you faster?

    1. A screencast showing your whole setup process and the issue on your end.
    2. PPWP and Elementor versions you’re using.

Please also help to clear caches if any.

We look forward to hearing from you, @wmasztakowska.

    Hello,

same Problem on my site. Elementor Support telled me that the shortcode from PPWP broke the My Account widget.

    Kind Regards

    Using:
    PWPS Light 1.8.4
    Elementor Pro 3.7.6
