Plug-In contact form version 3.66

  • i am using best web soft plug in- contact form version 3.66. i have downloaded and activated it successfully. i have indicated under settings for messages to go to my email. the form appears on the website with no title and no option to submit. the only option is to post a comment which then goes directly onto the website as a post
