Plug-in causing WordPress editor to not publish page

Sorry you’re having an issue here. I haven’t seen anything like this using LifterLMS and I just tried to recreate this on a new page and I don’t see any issues.

Here’s what I did:

1. Pages -> Add New
2. Added a title and some content
3. Clicked publish

Based on what you’re saying it sounds like the page would never reload? However, during this test the page was published as expected.

Am I understanding your issue properly?

If not could you please provide me with step by step actions I can take to recreate this myself.

Additionally, if you’d please ensure this isn’t an issue with another plugin or theme could you disable all other plugins and switch to the twentynineteen theme (temporarily) to see if the issue goes away.

This happened to me as well yesterday. I deteked all plugins and lifterlms was the issue.
I had to restore last month’s site backip files and it fixed the problem. But when I updated lifterlms again another issue started.

My embedded pdf files stopped working. The pdf will not move to the next page no matter how much you click until you refresh the whole page, and then it starts again. My students are frustrated.

I’m not sure about the PDF issue as LifterLMS doesn’t have any PDFs.

I am still not seeing any publishing issues tied directly to LifterLMS. Could you confirm that you’re on the latest version of LifterLMS and the latest version of WordPress.
