I am using this plug in together with Ninja Forms. When this plug in is activated the WYSIWYG editor that comes with Ninja Forms is completely messed up in a way that the layout of the editor itself is completely gone. (Eg. instead of the dropdown with h1,h2,h3,…,p i simply see all the styles listed as bullet points).

I would love to use this plugin but this bug makes it impossible to use it in my website.

Hello there! Sorry that you’re having trouble with the plugin. I’m not super familiar with Ninja Forms – is the WYSIWYG editor in the WordPress admin or does it display on the front end of the site?

If it’s on the front end, can you send me a link so I can take a look? It sounds like there’s some sort of JavaScript error that’s happening that’s keeping the editor from being able to initialize, but I can’t think what might be the source of the problem off the top of my head.

    In backend.

    Thanks for assisting.

Hi there, just wanted to let you know we have been able to see this issue on our end too. It’s a weird one, and we’ll probably need to work with the Ninja Forms team to figure out why their plugin is clashing with ours. We tried a couple of obvious things first, but it’s not clear why the conflict is happening. We will post back here with further updates, but it will take us some time. Thanks for bringing this to our attention so we can get it resolved.

    Thanks,
    Nathan

We reached out to the Ninja Forms team to see if they can work together with us to get this figured out. We hope we’re able to get this resolved soon!

Hey @nataliemac and @jztz! We found a cause of the issue. I submitted a PR here: https://github.com/tylerdigital/draw-attention/pull/3

I am not sure of the impact to your plugin because I’ve not ever used it before, but I can confirm that change resolves in the issue with Ninja Forms.

@jztz – we included the fix in our release on Friday so now both plugins should work find together.

Thanks @wpnzach for helping us find the issue. Really appreciate the help.
