• Our site used this plug-in for a while without issue and it appeared to work well. Recently, within the last 2 or 3 weeks, the plug-in prevented access to the website dashboard and essentially locked the website team out of the website.

It wasn’t until I contacted the host that I was able to access the site and only after they deactivated the plug-in. I will delete the plug-in and recommend against installing this in your website until a fix can be made and verified.

If 0 stars was possible this plug-in would get 0.

Maby you should check the .htacces settings, or IP blocking

@gdriver I did one better. I deleted the plugin and have no intention of reinstalling it. It is unnecessary and there are better and more stable options.

We would have been more than happy to work with you to find the setting that was causing the issue and to support you with this.
