Hi @sy0phelia,
Sure, I will be happy to guide you in disabling one of your popups and further enabling the pop-up to trigger after 20-30 seconds.
I checked and confirmed via our internal tool and found no popup were active on your site.

You mentioned: I’ve been trying to delete/remove the first popup but to no avail. Now, we have two pop-ins of the same content so we definitely want to remove the one who shows up a second after they visit the website.
Let me first guide you on how to create a popup. Here is a step-by-step guide to creating your first popup in Popups for Divi.

Similarly, you can remove the popup from your page by switching “This is a Popup” back to “No” within the popup tab.

You mentioned: Initially, we wanted to have the pop-up show up after 20-30 seconds, but I have not been able to know how, so I opted to download a plug-in to create the pop-up.
You can manually build the timed trigger by inserting a code module into the popup section and inserting the suggested code in the guide below.

I have also demonstrated the same in the video below. I have added a 2 second delay; you can add 20 or 30 seconds based on your requirements.

Alternatively, you can switch to Divi Areas Pro which comes with an easy-to-use interface that includes different layouts, behaviors, triggers, integrations, etc.

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.
