Plug in 2.1.2 preventing header sticky and menus from working

on my site https://www.techguysa.co.za
On version 2.1.2 it is preventing from menus being sticky as you scroll down and the menus on top from working (dekstop not mobile)
deactivating the plugin seems to fix this.
ive never had this issue before till about 2 weeks agoDownloaded 2.1.1 and same issue

starting to look like a conflict with the theme im using xtemos woodmart
Ill post this on xtemos woodmart on themeforest as well. the theme has its own and its conflicting each other.
thought id let you know 10-1 its the theme doing this after patches etc.
