The plugin does not optimize the code, it does not work

I don’t know what’s going on with the plugin, but it doesn’t seem to work on the next page, no matter if I enable one option or all, nothing is optimizing, the page code is the same to the byte, the same loading speed, as if the plugin at all she was doing nothing.

I turn the plugin on and off I have the same code even though HTML, JS optimization etc. is enabled. What’s the matter?
