Pls Help.. All pages except homepage 404 error

It sounds like a permalink problem. Go to dashboard -> settings -> permalinks and click Save Changes. If this does not work, see:

It wasn’t.. I’ll post details on this..

It seems fine to me. No error in everything I clicked.

If you still see the problem, perhaps there is a htaccess file missing from your server database

Fixed it thanks to all who responded..

So what was the problem? If you can, please tell us so we can avoid that specific mistake ??

I did a repair/optimize on my database to fix this in PhpMyAdmin

It was due to permission error on .htaccess file..
