pLog (lieftype) importer for WP – offical?

  • I don’t see a plugin there (and if I did, there’s no way we could make it official). I do however see an importer which *could* be included with WordPress. Submit it to Trac (WordPress’ bug database; it’s for more than just for bug reporting) and see where things go:

    The changes to ones pLog settings and RSS template for this to work may be a bit of a roadblock to acceptance, as these are elements WordPress can’t do anything about. Nevertheless, I’d suggest displaying information in your importer about the modifications required for it to work.

    I have written a pLog (Lifetype) to WordPress 2.0 importer which I believe is a better solution than that detailed above. This was primarily for my own personal use, but I would like to share it with the community and hopefully get it bundled.
