Plesk + Converter doesn’t work

    Hello. I have a Plesk panel installed. No errors in the plugin dashboard. But media files not converted. No errors in plugin dashboard. Plesk using only nginx configuration and has added the nginx code from plugin site for nginx added.

    In the logs I see that:

    517738#0: *9222316 openat() “/var/www/vhosts/****.online/httpdocs/wp-json/webp-converter/v1/cron-conversion” failed (2: No such file or directory)

    Also webp not generated. Plugin has latest version.

    Thank you for your message.

    I honestly don’t know what this error means or how it is generated. The “openat()” command is a Linux command, not a PHP command, which our plugin is written on. This information is not enough for me to help you.
