Plesk 10.2 and WordPress Multisite

I updated a client site to multisite. They are on the Plesk platform.

The root domain is working just fine. When I create a sub-site at something.domain.com, I cannot get it to resolve.

I’ve tried following instructions here, here, and here with no success.

Key questions:

1. What does the wildcard domain DNS entry need to look like for Plesk 10.2?
2. What vhost.conf file(s) do I really need and where?
3. How long do DNS updates tend to take on Plesk?

Any help would be appreciated, and I’d be happy to provide additional information if needed. I just need some guidance. (New to Plesk)
