    On one site where I’m trying to use this plugin, when I try to create a package, I get an error message saying “Please wait for the processing package to be done!”. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling it but no difference. Is there any solution to this?

    May I know if you got stuck on that process and for how many hours or minutes?
    What is the size of that site you are duplicating?
    Can you please send a screenshot showing this screen, please?

    I had that message months ago when I last tried to use it, and gave up. I tried again today and it’s still the same problem. The site is about 500mb. I can’t see how to attach an image here, but the error message appears for a couple of seconds under the admin bar, after you click on New Package, or Create your First Package.

    I also have this issue, is there some way to stop the current process. Deleting/reinstalling the plugin does not stop the process.
