    Is there a way to remedy this? Can’t seem to create any stories due to “please wait” which never loads. Also, can’t get into any templates. Please assist. Also, is there a link to a live chat?

    If and when you have some time to try these steps, feel free to get back in touch about what you find and we can try to identify the issue. We haven’t been able to replicate the problem on our side, which unfortunately means it’s difficult for us to identify the issue and come up with a fix. If we do encounter the same issues that you’re seeing in our testing, we’ll update here and let you know about next steps.
