    May not be able to access the dashboard of web story Whenever I open the dashboard it says please wait,
    can you please tell me how to fix it.

    @dkpatle Hi there! We will be happy to help check on this for you, but could you share a few details?

    1. What browser/browser version are you using? Does this issue occur in a Chrome incognito window?

    2. Could you run through this troubleshooting guide then tell me if the issue still occurs? This will rule out any plugin or theme conflict.

    My problem is still not fixed, I tried troubleshooting with the help of health checker, still it is showing me please wait…

    @dkpatle It looks like access needs to be granted to view the screenshot.

    We’ve seen in the past the dashboard getting stuck on “Please wait” due to an unsupported browser version or a plugin/theme conflict. To confirm, are you seeing this message when Web Stories is the only plugin active and when using a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-two?

    Could you please confirm the browser/browser version you are using?

    Could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

    @dkpatle Thank you. Could you please update your Chrome Browser to the latest version 105.0.5195.102 and try to access the Stories Dashboard once more?
