Yes, i have verified the steps and permissions. I have created the keys 3 times but still no luck…!

I was also thought that there is something i am missing but after 3 times i don’t think that the issue is on my end.

Please check screenshot from amazon, it is showing last activity.

If you like so i can share the keys with you so, you can verify by yourself.

Also, i have the latest WP Version and Plugin. My site lies on WPEngine. In case, this helps you to debug the issue.

Hi @yasglobal,
One more thing, can you make sure that your AWS account is 100% activated? To do so, can you try to open Polly console? (you can find it on main AWS console view, like you did with IAM service).

Yes, exactly. It means that your AWS account is still not fully activated, because you didn’t finish the registration process. Finish it (information are provided on that screen), and then you will be able to use the plugin :). Let me know if it worked.
