Please verify a template

Dear Staff,
can you please verify, I made a customized recipe templates by your editor. The title (H3) “Ingredients” and “Instructions” are to much close, practically above, to the ingredients and instructions tables but there is no a specer to use, can you verify and help me? How can I show you?
