    We have a site with armember version 3.4, we have to upload about 600 users, when we try to import the CSV file downloaded from the example loaded with our data it gives us the error: “please upload appropriate file to import users”, we also try to upload XML file but it gives us the same error.

    The site is hosted in wpengine, the permissions of the folders are 0775 and files 0664

    Is there any other way to do this? Uploading the file manually or creating a task?

    Currently we cant update the armember plugin

    Hello,

    Regarding the upload CSV issue, this may have happened due to the CSV file type not being allowed to upload. So, if you are using a network site then from the admin panel network settings page you need to allow CSV file type and after that, CSV upload should work fine.

    Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.
