• Let’s Encrypt’s Root Certificate has expired. We have updated our plugin to use the new Root Certificate. Please upgrade immediately and go through the setup process again.

If you upgrade the plugin and are facing issues, please uninstall the plugin first and then reinstall it again.

    Thank you
    Team SSL Zen.

  • How to go through the process again? When I click on ‘renew certificate’ I cannot actually click on it because it’s 74 days old! If I deinstall the plugin, it goes back to the final step and it says it’s installed already… So I have to wait until it’s 30 days old before I can actually renew it or so? That 44 days from now. You will need to have a better fix for this!

I just had my site break because I updated to the newest version of this app. I had to update to the newest PHP on cpanel as a result.

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, SSL Zen - Free SSL Certificate & HTTPS Redirect for WordPress.

First, visit your website (https://shrevelake.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://example.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.8.1
    Current theme: GeneratePress (version 3.0.4)
Current plugin: SSL Zen - Free SSL Certificate & HTTPS Redirect for WordPress (version 4.0.0)
