please update your shipping details

Hi Guys,

I really love your plugin, but I can’t get it to work on a new site I am working on: https://ic.wp.chriskaine.com.au/checkout/

It is asking me to update my shipping details and then when I do says that shipping is not available.

I have tried the fix where you save the specific countries in the settings, and then try again to input the country, but it is not working.

Any ideas?
