Please update included cwebp binaries

It seems that despite plenty of options for webp conversions in Webp Express (thanks!), none is working on my host. Included cwebp binaries are great, but they also don’t work for variety of reasons, in particular ancient GLIBC on the host (I can’t change that). Statically linked cwebp would be great, and you already included 1.0.3 statically linked, except, well, it is not statically linked, at least not completely ?? Mine is failing due to libjpeg linking failure.

Actually statically linked binaries work, e.g. ones included in the latest 1.2.2 binary distribution of libwebp. Would be great if you include at least one statically linked binary with the plugin. Thanks.
