    There is no working button. There is only “I have already done it” and it doesnt turn of at all.

    strange, when I click “I have already done it” it disappears.

    I have Chrome 40 and nothing seems to happen/load/ajax etc. The Box disappears but reappears as soon as I’m loading the next page.

    deactivating qTr x and activate again may be?

    @robertskiba: are you one the early birds from deprecation of mqTranslate? If so, your database may be out of order, and that is why it does not turn off. I observed this issue on a broken database. I am sorry about that rush of unprepared deprecation, but you would need to migrate again now starting from your clean database, which used to work fine with mq, and using 3.2 version of -X. I hope you still have a backup of that, otherwise it is too much of manual work to undo incorrect effect that early “Convert Database” action. I am sorry again …

    Thread Starter Robert Skiba

    (@robertskiba)

    Yes I changed to QT-X because I thought it would be a planned advise to do so and I trusted the author of mQ

    Can you give me more advice about the tables that are involved?

    How can I check if the database is broken or out of order?

    I just imported the mqtranslate-settings…

    I am sorry, @robertskiba, I am not sure what is wrong. Is it on your test-copy of the site? If so, you could give us admin login (send it to qtranslateteam at gma il d co m), and we will try to figure out what happened.

    Hi Guys,

    it is still not possible to turn off the survey.

    I have looked into the Database with phpmyadmin. Maybe you can find a reason what maybe the problem.

    I’m guessing that jquery or ajax is the origin.

    Hi, @robertskiba, this is good way to troubleshoot it – thank you.

    This information is stored in qtranslate_admin_notices, which is supposed to be an array, but you have integer ‘1’ there, for unknown reason. Mine looks like this, for example: a:2:{s:18:"new-options-ver-33";i:1428465459;s:26:"survey-translation-service";i:1428465461;}

    Delete option qtranslate_admin_notices, and it should create it again in a correct way, when you dismiss the survey and other notices.

    I now adjusted the code to do this fix automatically in the incoming version 3.3. Thank you for figuring it out.

    Thank you, John.

    I removed the entry and now it shows

    a:1:{s:26:”survey-translation-service”;i:1428574020;}

    and it behaves like expected

    Thank you for the good support!
