I have the same issue and yes using single opt-in. I have updated the plugin to the latest version.

We’ll look into it. Meanwhile you can switch to Double Opt-in or refer here to manually apply the solution.

Icegram, no still not working. I made those .PHP file adjustments and it did not work. Then I just switched to double opt-in and it works.

Hopefully there will be a fix for single-opt-in and we can switch back some day?

Please update Email Subscribers to v3.2.8 as the same issue is fixed in it.
