Please Test The Next Major Version of Awesome Support

Hello Awesome Support Users:

The next major version of Awesome Support is right around the corner and we need your help in getting it across the finish line. We can’t do that without some intensive feedback from you. The more testing that is done and the more feedback we get, the faster we can get this out the door.

After installing this new version you should flush your web browser cache by using the CTRL-F5 key on any Awesome Support page. Additionally you might want to clear the caches on you CDN as well (if you’re using one).

Please Note: New versions for some premium add-ons will be required so if you notice missing elements in your add-ons, that is why. Affected adds are: POWERPACK, FAQ, CANNED RESPONSES, FILESTACK, DOCUMENTATION, CUSTOM FIELDS and CUSTOM FAQ. If you are testing with these add-ons please contact us on our site so we can send you the new version that will be compatible with this upgrade.
