Please Suggest Solution for Bilingual Page

Hello,

I’m building a small site that will cater to french and english visitors.

All of the content has been created in english so far.

I want visitors to be able to switch to french when needed.

2 solutions so far:

1. Created a completely separate CMS in french, ie: host 2 sites on the domain.
2. Have all pages in both french and english.

Is there an easier way to allow users to switch from french to english? Someone suggested a translation addon (which translates the page), but I want to content to be original.

Any idea?
