Please suggest server requirements for wordpress multisite.

    I am about to host a wordpress multisite installation of >1500 blogs. I am planning to rent a dedicated server on hostgator,with specifications:

    Intel i3-2120/Intel Xeon 3110(Dual Core)
2 GB DDR2 Memory
500 GB Hard Drive
1,500 GB Bandwidth.

    My question is ‘Does this server’s RAM and HDD meet my requirements or should I go for 1TB HDD ?’
    Also please provide some suggestions. Thank You
