please suggest an gallery for my requirement

  • 1. Need slide show ability.
    2. my images are in a different domain and i have links to the images based on which i want to create gallery.

  • You’re probably out of gas on that one. Most galleries are going to insist that you create/upload your desired images in your /wp-content directory.

    Are your images just sitting in a directory there? Or are you using some kind of program to upload/manage them? (e.g., Plogger, Gallery, etc.)

    Plogger has a plugin that lets you display random images from your Plogger install on your WP Blog and I don’t think it matters what domain the images reside on, you just have to configure your Plogger paths in the plugin. But this may not be what you’re looking for.

    Thanks very much for your suggestion.
    This does not work as my image hosting server is pretty much a fileserver with better bandwidth.

    I have over 10,000+ hi-res images and 100+ folders, so seems like im stuck for now.
