Please Suggest a Membership Plugin

Hello,
I’ve been searching for days now to find a membership plugin that will fit our needs, but I haven’t found one. We are looking for a plugin that will allow us to create a “self-paced learning” website. In our website there will be video courses then the user will not be allowed to proceed to the next video if he/she hasn’t completed the current video.

Here are some ideas I’ve been thinking:
Create user groups then each group will have specific video to access. The problem is it should be automatically done, if we will based it on user groups then we need to manually edit the user’s group.

Any idea of a plugin that can make the above (1st paragraph idea), possible? Just a hint is enough for me, I can manage everything once I got the plugin. Thank you
