saw a couple of posts about this issue but cannot seem to fix it

dev.stephenschwartz.com/contact/#form will show a check mark after solving reCaptcha but then display the note ‘Please solve the recaptcha to continue.’
and not send the form.

I see no errors in the console.

please advise.
