    We’d love to help you resolve any issues you run into using our plugin as quickly as possible. Here’s a few steps you can take to help speed this process along.

    Response Times
    Our support team will be going through threads and replying on this board about once a week. If you need faster assistance, we encourage you to purchase the pro version which includes support.

    Check that you’ve updated to the most current version of the plugin.

    1. Test for theme and plugin conflicts.
    2. Review our documentation including the general questions.

    Does your issue still exist?
    Feel free to submit a post in these forums, but please include the following:

    1. Details. The more the better.
    2. Take a screenshot of your settings pages and link to it using a screen sharing service like Dropbox, Cloudup, or Jing/Screencast.
    3. Paste in the shortcode you’re using.
    4. It’s extremely helpful if you can put up a test page (or multiple pages) and link the issue you’re having so we can take a look.
    5. Let us know if you’ve already tested for theme and plugin conflicts.
