Does your issue still exist?
Feel free to submit a post in these forums, but please include the following:- Details. The more the better.
- Take a screenshot of your settings pages and link to it using a screen sharing service like Dropbox, Cloudup, or Jing/Screencast.
- Paste in the shortcode you’re using.
- It’s extremely helpful if you can put up a test page (or multiple pages) and link the issue you’re having so we can take a look.
- Let us know if you’ve already tested for theme and plugin conflicts.
