I send this to your support but I didn’t get a reply back… not sure if it didn’t go through for some reason.
I really love this timeline, but I am confused over a couple things… I’m looking at the linked page that you guys use as an example… I’ve typed in the code, “[timeline-express container-animation=”zoomIn” icon-animation=”zoomIn”]” as this page says to. My question was that I saw somewhere else that animations were part of the free version. Is this specific animation part of the pro? and what ones are part of the free if this isn’t? Also I like how on that linked page, the height of each event is close to each other… on mine, the next event starts at the bottom of the previous event. How do I get them to be closer like on your page?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Okay, I think I figured it out by reading all the other questions that it is a pro feature. Thanks.

    Hi @matudavis

The advanced animations are a Pro feature. The free version just has a single animation, which can be toggled on or off.

As for the height and distance between each container, those containers you are correct – that is the way that our Pro version is laid out. It uses a different method for laying out the timeline which allows for the containers to align closer to each other. You’ll want to ensure your announcements are uniform (All contain an image, or do not – similar excerpt lengths etc.) to ensure the timeline doesn’t cause any overlaps.

Feel free to take a look at some additional features and a comparison to the free version here: https://www.wp-timelineexpress.com/features/
